Workshop: Burnout Prevention and Recovery
A customizable, one day workshop that will help participants to:
- List the main contributors to burnout
- List the areas of life that can be affected by burnout
- Assess their own level of burnout using a list of symptoms
- Present one burnout prevention or recovery strategy to the class
- Create a plan for burnout recovery and resiliency which will reduce symptoms of burnout
